About us

Tucked away in the small fishing village of Fourkovouni you will find two lovingly restored "Syrmata" (boathouses) that pay homage to Capt. Nikolas. His memory and legacy are evident in the care with which we reimagined and redesigned both spaces, creating two different types of accommodation without losing the sense of tradition and how it is reflected in the surrounding environment. Syrma Capt. Nikolas I

This "Syrma" is a 100% eco-friendly accommodation powered exclusively by solar panels and a gravity-fed water system. The house and detached bathroom interiors have been renovated to a traditional Cycladic style and all the house features aim to compliment the energy-efficient, eco-friendly nature of the accommodation.

This "Syrma", renovated recently with a lot of love and attention to detail, sits right on the water's edge, offering guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature within the comfort of boutique-style accommodation. This 45 square meter accommodation used to be the traditional storage for fishermen's boats. The space is exactly as pictured; a bedroom with a small seating area overlooking the sea, a small bathroom with a separate shower stall, and a kitchenette equipped for the preparation of light meals.

Facilities

Both "Syrma" are equipped with high-quality bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, bathroom amenities, portable fans, pocket wifi, first aid kits, cooking essentials as well as dishes and silverware.

Syrma Capt. Nikolas I has a balcony overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, and a regular fridge.

Syrma Capt. Nikolas II has a patio with direct beach access and is equipped with a stove and a minibar for the preparation of light meals.

There is free street parking.
